You can request a return in 3 days after delivery under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If the item delivered is not what you ordered.
  • Incomplete Orders: If an order is missing items.

Additional Guidelines for Grocery (Daily Essentials):

  • Non-perishable grocery items (e.g., packaged goods) can be returned if they are unopened and in their original condition.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper use or handling.
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Opened or partially consumed grocery items, unless they are damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery via email at returns@localkonnect.com or through the in-app Help & Support section.
  2. Provide Details: Share your order ID, receipt, and photos of the product showing the issue.
  3. Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and confirm the eligibility of your return.
  4. Pickup/Return: Approved returns will be picked up by our delivery partner or need to be dropped off at a specified location.

 

4. Refunds for Returned Items

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as wallet credits or transferred to your bank account.

 

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are possible for eligible items based on availability.
  • If an exchange is not feasible, a refund will be initiated instead.
