2. Delivery Timelines

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before the daily cutoff time (displayed at checkout) are eligible for same-day delivery i.e. 1 day.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on the vendor, product availability, and location.

 

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees depend on the order value and distance from the vendor.
  • Orders exceeding a specific minimum amount may qualify for free delivery.
  • Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation with an estimated delivery time. You can track the real-time status of your order through the Local Konnect app.

 

5. Failed Deliveries

A delivery may be marked as failed in the following cases:

  • The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
  • The delivery is refused by the recipient without valid reasons.

Re-delivery: In case of a failed delivery, our support team will contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
