2. User Accounts
- Users are required to create an account to access certain features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring their secure use.
- Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to Local Konnect immediately.
3. Orders and Delivery
- All orders placed through Local Konnect are subject to vendor availability.
- Same-day delivery is provided based on the vendor's capacity and the user’s location. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Local Konnect is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information.
4. Shipping Policy
- Delivery Locations: Local Konnect currently delivers to select areas in tier 2 and tier 3 cities across Rajasthan. Please check the app for service availability in your location.
- Delivery Timings: Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Same-day delivery orders must be placed before the cutoff time specified on the platform.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery fees depend on the order value and distance. Orders exceeding a certain amount may qualify for free delivery, as displayed during checkout.
- Contactless Delivery: Contactless delivery is available upon request to ensure customer safety.
- Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or the recipient being unavailable, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices displayed on the platform are set by vendors and may vary.
- Payment options include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD).
- In case of payment failures, users are advised to contact their payment provider or Local Konnect support.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the vendor.
- Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy .
- Non-refundable cases include perishable items or orders canceled after dispatch.
7. Vendor and Third-Party Services
- Local Konnect facilitates transactions between users and vendors but is not directly responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of vendor-provided products or services.
- Third-party services accessed through the platform are subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Promotions and Discounts

- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the disputed transaction.

- All content on the platform, including logos, text, and visuals, is the intellectual property of Local Konnect or its licensors.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is strictly prohibited.
